    Who was Circe?

    She was the daughter of a sea-nymph and Helios, the Titan sun god. When Circe was born, there was confusion as to what she may be, as she was neither nymph nor goddess but rather something new. 

    Circe discovers her sorcery powers when she turns an ordinary fisherman into a god. Circe is also responsible for turning Scylla, a nymph and rival, into a grotesque sea monster. As a result, Circe is exiled to the island of Aeaea on her lonesome where she enhances her powers.

    Not what I expected

    I got the circe earrings from my sister for my birthday. Unfortunately I found them to be very poor quality. The gem stones weren't even set in properly and crooked with glue showing all over. The metal seems relatively cheap as well. I do love this company, and the earrings are still pretty. However I will probably return these ones as I was looking for something higher quality.
