What Does Fulfilled Mean?

When you receive the shipping confirmation email, it states “the order has been fulfilled”.

This means the order has been packaged and is ready to be sent out. However, it has not been picked up or dropped off at a courier yet.

What Are Shipping Times Like?

Mahajabeen has scheduled pick up dates on the following days at 12 PM EST: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders are typically packed during the day they are made or the next business day after. The only exception are orders placed anytime during Friday-Sunday, these will be updated the first available business day. 

From when they are in our courier’s hands, shipping is dependent on the destination and shipping service selected. 

Orders going to Canada or the United States can take up to two weeks.

International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. In rare cases, if shipping is extremely delayed, the longest shipping should take is 4 months.

Will I Be Charged Customs and Other Duties?

Yes, it can happen. Mahajabeen is NOT responsible for any additional fees that may arise with your package’s delivery. This is a charge from Customs or international couriers themselves.

Where Does Mahajabeen Ship To?

Mahajabeen ships worldwide!

Shipping fees depend on the service and location, it can range anywhere from $8 CAD to $23 CAD. No signature is required when delivered.


Can I Cancel/Change My Order?

Yes! However, there is a time frame for this that lasts one day. We will check for any emails in regards to this matter before commencing any packaging for the day at 9 AM EST.

If you are adding any new products to your order, you will be sent an invoice over email. Whereas, if you are canceling an item, you will be refunded

Updating My Address

Yes but similar to the question above, there is a time frame. Please try to contact us before 9 AM EST of the next day of your order being placed.

How Do I Track My Order?

When you receive the shipping confirmation email, the tracking number for Canada Post will be provided. 

However, in the case that the email does not reach you in your primary or junk inbox, please contact us. We will provide the order page and tracking number again.


What Payments Are Accepted?

A vast majority of payments are accepted, if you look at our footer you will see them all displayed! The payment will be taken out of your account once you have placed the order.

How Do Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Work?

There is a window for when either 3 services can be accepted. If you ask for either within 30 days of receiving your package, you qualify! 

Past 30 days, Mahajabeen will not offer any of the services: refunds, returns and exchanges. In rare cases where the circumstances are extreme, we have been open to overriding this policy.
